Digital Banking Upgrade

What to Expect

On January 22, 2024, Commercial Bank & Trust Company will launch a new digital banking system, featuring NEW platforms for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Bill-pay services that will greatly enhance the experience for consumer and business customers. 

HOW TO Login to Your Updated Digital Accounts

Our digital upgrade requires customers to login to their Online Banking accounts through www.commercial-bank.net before they are able to download and login to their Mobile Banking App.  
 
STEP 1
Click "Login to Online Banking"
STEP 2

Enter your current/previous Online Banking username.

Note: If you do not already have a Commercial Bank Online Banking account, you must enroll.
If you have not accessed your Online Banking account since March of 2023, you must re-enroll. 
STEP 3
The system will prompt a one-time security code. Click "Continue with Security Code"
STEP 4
Click the text message option/calling option
STEP 5

 Users should enter their mobile phone number.

Please note that this number must be capable of receiving text messages
STEP 6
Users will receive a message on their mobile device with a 6-digit security code. Enter the code into the confirmation box. 
STEP 7

Then, users will be prompted to enter their password.

Your temporary password is your 5-digit zip code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (If  you are logging onto a business account, your password is your zip-code and the last 4 digits of the business tax ID number). 

Password Example: 123451234 
STEP 8

Users will be promted to update their password when logging in.

When updating, re-enter your temporary password into the "Current Password" slot. Then you will be instructed to set a new password. 

STEP 9

After users set their new password, they may download our NEW Mobile Banking App & login with their updated information!
